Healthy Living in 30 Days! – Challenge!

Getting healthy physically is about being healthy in your brains. Sometime because of our busy schedules or laziness, we tend to think lesser and lesser about our bodies. We care for our relationships, careers, money, social achievements but we forget to think about our own healthy self. Isn’t that wrong?

To me, getting healthy is quite simple. A healthy person is the one who takes time to think about his body and empowers himself to take actions that help him keep fit.

Over the next thirty days, I’ll be taking a getting healthy challenge, where in, I’ll try get my life on track, discover habits I want (or need) to quit, create new healthy habits, exercise and meditate regularly and discover new medication and diet secrets that affect my life.

Or maybe, we may actually discover whether it is possible to get a flat belly again.

There guys, it’s going to be a lot of work, lots of learning, lots of discoveries. And no, we aren’t just going to concentrate on workouts. That’s just a tiny part of a healthy lifestyle. Here, we’ll be discovering health in an all new sense.

In the health challenge, we become healthy when we do things that make our life the way we want it to be. But hey, brushing your teeth is important anyway ;-)

It would be fun if you joined the challenge. You can subscribe to my blog or get posts in email to stay updated about the progress of 30 day health challenge.

A new perspective

When I first began this challenge, I thought I have one post a day running for a month and complete the challenge within a month. But, due to my studies and examination deadlines, I am not able to break enough time to this challenge every day.

So, I thought, I’d post 30 posts and turn it into a free eBook anyone can download and take the challenge whenever they wish. Benefits? No matter when I post, they are detailed and done with enough research and understanding. They are more usable then before. Hope you all will enjoy this adjustment much more :-)
