I've written about mindfulness meditations before and believe me, mindfulness meditations is one of the simplest of meditations there can be. All you've to be is become aware of what you really are.

Simply, sit in a relaxed position. Affirm that you are being relaxed if you need some more peace within yourself.  In the mindfulness meditation the hack is that you don't really need a silent background. No matter how loud the noise there is, no matter where you are, all you've to do is be aware of something.

Select anything to be aware of, your body, your surroundings, the tiny sounds around you, the wind, how it touches your skin, your chakras. In fact, every meditation is a mindfulness meditation in it's own sense. Don't worry if you don't understand much about meditations and all. Just be AWARE.
